Health Testing Solutions and Medical Plaza Mobile Surveillance are now Eagle Onsite!

Effective February 1, 2023, the HTS & MPMS brands have merged to create a new parent company called Eagle Onsite, LLC with unique Tax ID # 92-1413125.

At Eagle Onsite, our mission is to provide employers with reliable, affordable, and superior quality on-site medical surveillance and compliance services nationwide. Eagle Onsite operates over 20 mobile medical units nationwide with access within our partner network to an additional 80 mobile units.  With over 100 mobile medical units available nationwide, Eagle Onsite, LLC is ready to serve our loyal customers in both local markets and remote areas of the country, as HTS & MPMS have done for decades.

In addition to the number of mobile units we now operate, we have also grown the number of experienced mobile technicians on our team.  With an average of 20 years in the field, our technicians are second to none in our industry.   Eagle Onsite will continue to have Board Certified Occupational Medicine Physicians and Audiologists available for customer support and result oversight.

Why the new name?

Eagle Onsite represents our future vision for mobile testing and allows for growth of our  company.

We intend for very little to change for our existing customers. Our company name and Tax ID number will need to be updated for payment purposes. Our emails now end in @eagleonsite.com. Otherwise, you’ll experience the same great service you are used to as a customer of either company.   As our presence grows nationally, we will be local to more markets.  This helps us reduce mobilization and travel charges associated with mobile testing while allowing our team to deliver comprehensive services at highly competitive prices.

What services do you now offer?

Eagle Onsite is available 24/7/365 to assist employers with occupational medical surveillance testing and compliance support with OSHA/MSHA/FRA regulations. We are a privately held company headquartered in Houston, Texas, offering a full range of premier on-site mobile occupational medical surveillance services coast-to-coast.

Our onsite services include audiometric examinations (hearing tests), respirator medical evaluations, respirator fit testing, a wide range of physical exams, pulmonary function testing, digital chest X-Ray, blood/urinalysis – laboratory services, resting EKG, vision screening, drug and alcohol screening, professional supervisor services and data management programs.
